Aesthetic Pantry is a small team. We do not always have formal openings, but we always want to hear from good writers and photographers who know homes.
Who we like working with
- Writers who have actually done the thing they are writing about, and can explain it without padding.
- Photographers who can make an ordinary room look like itself, only better.
- Researchers who enjoy comparing twelve nearly identical products and finding the one real difference.
How we work
Remote and flexible, mostly project by project. We pay per commissioned piece rather than per word, and we agree the scope before you start. Our editorial standards are public — read our Editorial Guidelines to see what we expect.
How to apply
Email hello@aestheticpantry.com with a short note about the kind of work you want to do and two or three relevant samples. Links are better than attachments. A brief pitch for a piece you think we should publish is the strongest possible application.
What we will not ask you to do
We do not ask for unpaid test articles, and we do not commission writing designed to promote a brand that has paid us. All commissioned work is credited.
